What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”

• Analyze data processing problems to design and implement computer systems. Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate existing systems and review system capabilities.
• Responsible for maintaining and managing the flow of financial and operational data into the ERP System (Spectrum) and then into the reporting consolidation product (Prophix) and support reporting and data integrity.
• The position also participates in the semi-annual budgeting process supporting the training, communication, and consolidation of global data.
• A solid understanding of data structure and flow to be able to compile and analyze information to provide observations and suggestions for business purposes is necessary.

What You’ll Need

• Solid knowledge of financial information analysis using spreadsheets, databases, and other financial reporting software
• Strong understanding of financial statements and the general ledger
• Strong planning and organizational skills; ability to meet tight deadlines
• Solid analytical thinking and quantitative analysis
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize
• Proficient Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and Power Point Skills

Requirements:

Education: Master of Computer Science or IT plus one year’s experience in business or systems analysis. Will accept a bachelor’s degree plus five years of progressive experience in the alternative.

Minimum Experience: Experience must include knowledge and use of Power BI, MS SQL Server Management Studio, Profisee, MS Visio, Spectrum and SAP Crystal Reports.
